One of the many ways we raise funds to support AHGA is through our affiliate programs. We found out that not only could we help simplify your shopping and in many cases save you money (so you can buy more beautiful collars for your gorgeous hounds - or better yet, adopt another one!), but we could earn a commission, too. So we started looking for links you might find useful when you're shopping. Using any of these links to connect with an affiliate merchant results in AHGA receiving a commission on your purchase, so we truly appreciate your using them. We also hope you'll let us know how your shopping experience went. We choose our affiliate merchants carefully, and we expect you to be satisfied when you do business with them. If you are, we'd love to hear it and possibly use your comments (anonymously if you wish) to help promote them. If you aren't happy with your shopping experience, we want to hear about that, too. If it turns out an affiliate merchant is less than we expected, we'll drop them like a hot potato. We don't want to steer our visitors to less than the best. So please email and let us know.

Need flowers? We've found that Greyhound folks love to send flowers. We're a close knit community and send flowers to each other for birthdays, gotcha days, new adoptions, sympathy, you name it. And Greyhound men are usually the kind of great guys who send flowers to their wives, girlfriends and mothers regularly. Flower.com has flowers and gifts in all price ranges for all occasions, and they can usually be delivered the same day if you order early enough. You just have to see their gift baskets! So many goodies! The best thing, though, is that while their prices are very competitive among online florists, they give the most generous commissions.

Here's one of my favorites! FragranceNet.com has really great discounts on over 3500 brand name fragrances (including some that can be hard to find), and they have skincare, hair care, aromatherapy products, candles and more. They even beat the price I've been paying at the local discount store for my beloved Sunflowers, so I'll be ordering here from now on.

Okay, you're already shopping at Overstock.com, right? You're not??? You're kidding! If you aren't, you're missing some of the best bargain shopping anywhere. It's the kind of place where you find those little (and not so little) luxuries you never thought you could afford, like the feather bed I ordered last year. I'd have to have a truck to haul everything out of my house that I've bought from Overstock.com over the last few years, and I do a lot of my holiday shopping there, too. They have clothes, jewelry, furniture, home wares, bedding, electronics, sporting goods, and on and on, with prices deeply discounted. And the best part is no matter what you order, shipping is only $2.95! Don't call yourself a savvy shopper unless you're shopping at "The O". Okay, I know you probably already are. I just hope from now on you'll use our link so we get that commission! You'll save money and AHGA will make money. How cool is that?

Doctors Foster and Smith is a great resource for all sorts of pet supplies that has been highly respected for years. They're especially handy for items that may be hard to find anywhere else. Their online catalog is great, and I highly recommend requesting their print catalog to use as a reference. But please do your ordering through our link!

Ever notice how many BBW's (Big Beautiful Women) own Greyhounds? There are a lot of us! They say you eventually start to look like your dogs, so I'm just wondering how many I have to have before that kicks in. LOL! Anyway, I've bought a lot of things from Hanes' Just My Size line, and always been happy with them. They have everything from jeans to lingerie, and it's quality stuff at great prices.
